Tools that can be placed in the top toolbar only


The following tools apply to the entire study. They can be placed only in the Image area's top toolbar, and not in the context toolbar. In the Customize dialog, these tools are indicated with a ^ character.

Comparative Review Sequence Comparative Review Sequence Displays the mammography study in the selected comparative review mode
Configurable Save Configurable Save Saves the changes of the type specified in the user profile that were made to the current study
Create Combined Series Create Combined Series Temporarily combines all series in the study into one series
Customize Customize Opens a dialog for setting user preferences for toolbars, screen layouts, hanging protocols, startup defaults, markup statistics, automatic study saves, modality preferences, image wizards, keyboard shortcuts, and cine viewer
Demographics Layout Toggle - ClinicalDemographics Layout ToggleShow selected types of demographic information on study images
Demographics Toggle Demographics Toggle Shows or hides patient demographics on study images
Mammography CAD SR Toggle Display Mammography CAD SR Markers Displays or hides mammography CAD SR markers of the Cenova R2 CAN S/W® or iCAD® type
Display Markups Toggle Display Markup Toggle Hides all markups, displays all markups, or displays only your markups
Geometry Reset Geometry Reset * Reverts all rotations and flips applied to any images in the study to the previously saved state
Import Image Import Image Adds an image in BMP or JPEG format to a study
Magnify/Pan Reset Magnify/Pan Reset * Reverts all magnification and panning applied to any images in the study to the previously saved state
Markup Reset Markup Reset * Reverts all markups applied to any images in the study to the previously saved state
Next Comparative Review Mode Next Comparative Review Mode Moves forward to the next comparative review mode defined for mammography studies
Move to next key image seriesNext Key Image for ReportMoves forward to the next key image grouped in the For Report Attachment document title
Next Comparative Review Mode NM Palette Reset Removes all color palettes applied to the current study

Reset Images Reset Images Reverts all images in the study to their previously saved state
Save Save Saves selected changes to the study
Screen Format Select Screen Format Defines how images, series, and studies are arranged in columns and rows on an Image area monitor
Series View Mode Series View Mode Defines whether each Image area monitor that displays the same studies also displays the same series of those studies
Set Series Hanging Protocol Set Series Hanging Protocol Applies an available hanging protocol to the current study
Show available series Show Available Series Opens the Available Series palette
Study View Mode Span One Monitor Defines whether each Image area monitor displays different studies or whether studies span two or four monitors
System Layout Protocol System Layout Protocols Applies a system screen layout to the current patient, changing how the studies, images, and series are displayed on the available monitors
View Original Images View Original Images Retrieves the original DICOM version of the displayed study
View key images onlyView key images onlySwitches from viewing all of the images in a study (both original and key images), to viewing only key images, in the Available Series palette
Window Level Reset Window Level Reset * Reverts window level changes to the previously saved state

* These tools are always available in button menus in the top toolbar. Therefore, they normally are not added to the customizable area of the top toolbar.
