You can define which controls appear on the Cine toolbar. This toolbar controls the Cine viewer, which is used to play back series either continuously or frame by frame. The cine controls modify the appearance and behavior of the series being played in the cine. However, the controls (tools) placed on the Cine toolbar are for easy access and are not related to the Cine tool; therefore, when the Cine toolbar is closed, if a tool is enabled, it remains enabled.
To define which controls appear on the Cine toolbar
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize. ![]()
In the Customize dialog, switch to the Cine Viewer tab.
A floating Cine Viewer bar appears below or to the right of the dialog.
Select the Modality and Body Part (if available) to apply the control settings to.
On the Cine Settings tab, under Selectable Controls, select the checkboxes of the controls to include on the Cine toolbar, and clear the rest.

As you select and clear control checkboxes, the results are reflected in the Cine Viewer bar.
Click Apply.
Repeat steps 4–6 for other modalities and body parts.
To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.
