Unless pinned in place, the context toolbar appears when you right-click (or Ctrl + right-click) in the Image area. Which tool buttons appear in the context toolbar is customizable by user or role for each modality.
To define which buttons are in the context toolbar
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.
In the Customize dialog on the Toolbar tab, select the Modality and Body Part (if available) that the context toolbar is to be customized for.
The Toolbar - All Tools tab is displayed. A floating context toolbar opens on the left.
If necessary, switch to another tab on the Toolbar tab.
Each tab other than All Tools displays a subset of available tools.
To add a tool, drag the related button from the dialog to the floating context toolbar. Repeat as needed.
Study tools are indicated with a ^ character. These tools cannot be placed in the context toolbar—only in the top toolbar.
To remove a tool, drag the button from the floating context toolbar to the dialog. Repeat as needed.
Click Apply.
If required, repeat steps 3–7 for other modalities and body parts.

Copy and paste the entire set of context tools from one modality to another:
Select the Modality and Body Part (if available) of the toolbar to copy.
Under Context Toolbar, click Copy.
Select the Modality (and Body Part) that requires a similar set of tools.
Under Context Toolbar, click Paste.
Add or remove individual tools for this modality as required.
To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.
