Use the Window Level Reset tool to revert all window level changes applied since the study was last saved in this session or, if it has not been saved, since it was opened.
To reset window level values
From the Image area top toolbar, Window Level button menu, select Window Level Reset.
Window level changes applied to any image in the study since the last save are reversed—other than those applied using Histogram Equalization.
