Some mammography studies include CAD SR overlay markers. IMPAX supports the Cenova R2 CAD S/W ®, iCAD®, and Siemens Syngo® type of CAD markers. When a Mammography CAD SR object is available for a study, the Display Mammography CAD Marker button is highlighted or enabled and can be toggled on to display any findings and the CAD summary information. CAD summary information appears at the bottom of the screen on each image and findings appear over the breast in the images. These types of markers findings displayed include:

If any of the current patient's studies include supported CAD objects, the tool is enabled allowing the display of CAD findings. If CAD objects are not available, the tool is disabled.
When findings are displayed, you can hover over individual findings with the mouse pointer to reveal a bubble window display of relevant CAD information as defined by the CAD SR object.

To display and hide mammography CAD SR markers
To display CAD information, from the Image area top toolbar, click Display Mammography CAD SR Markers.

If configured on your workstation, use the keyboard shortcut assigned to the Mammography CAD SR Marker tool.
When the image is referenced by a CAD SR but there are no findings, No Findings is displayed across it.
A CAD finding summary is displayed at the bottom of the screen, for example, Mass: 2 Calc: 1. If the image does not have any findings, the summary indicates, Mass: 0 Calc: 0.
If any processing fails for a particular image, CAD Failed is displayed across it.

If the image is not referenced by any CAD SR object, CAD Not Available is displayed across it and no manufacturer's name is displayed.
The markers are displayed on all study images for which they are available.
To hide the markers, click Hide Mammography CAD SR Markers.
