Some clinical related highlights of IMPAX 6.4 and 6.4 SU1 Client include:

• Updated CT-MR navigation tools, including:

  • Active Target mode, helps the radiologist to determine exactly where a single point on an image intersects other images in view.

  • Reference lines show where the reference image intersects the orthogonal series that are on the screen. Reference lines display the physical location of one or more linked series on a single image, allowing a radiologist to navigate to the appropriate orthogonal slices and become oriented in 3D.

  • Auto Link allows users to automatically link different planes.

  • Cross Study linking allows linking and navigating of planes between different studies.

• Enhanced IMPAX Reporting, including:

  • Display of additional IMPAX RIS order details in the Text area panels.

  • Ability to create a proxy sign-off worklist that contains the reports from all the colleagues on whose behalf the selected radiologist can sign off reports.

  • Ability to select multiple radiologists when creating a sign-off worklist.

  • Provided additional columns in sign-off worklists.

  • Added support for Nuance SpeechMagic 6.1.

  • Ability to create feed worklists, which are worklists based on IMPAX RIS criteria.

  • Extended the workflow to allow a user to decide whether to partially or fully validate a report.

  • Provided the ability to add multiple shortcut buttons to the IMPAX RIS.
