IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Logging in and out
Logging into the computer with a smart card logs you into IMPAX as well.
To log into IMPAX with a smart card
Insert your smart card into the smart card reader.
If prompted, type your PIN and click Yes I accept and wish to proceed.
Launch the IMPAX Client.
If the system is offline, enter your smart card PIN again and click Login.
In the Select Role dialog, select the role you want to work in.
If the system is offline, you are presented with a list of the roles you have successfully logged in as over the past 30 days.
Click Login.
The List area is displayed and you can begin working.
