Adding site, language, and format information to the burn job

A local CD/DVD burn job must be started to complete this procedure. This information cannot be added to a remote burn job.

From the Information tab of the Export Images dialog, you can add site information, select the language and CJK representation, include an image viewer on the disc, and include reports with the images.

To add site, language, and format information to the burn job

  1. Under Site Info, type the information to include as part of the burn job.

    Available fields are Site, Clinical Support, Phone/Email, Description, Department, and Technical Support. All are optional.

  2. To include a logo, click Select. In the Open dialog, browse for and select a graphic file to use and click Open.

  3. From the Language list, select the required language.

    English is selected as the default.

  4. From the CJK Representation list, select the standard used to display East Asian characters.

    This list is available only when CJK language support is enabled. To enable CJK language support, refer to "Configuring IMPAX to burn CJK studies to CD" in the IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration Guide.

  5. To include an image viewer on the disc, select the Include image viewer on each disk checkbox.

    The image viewer allows the images to be viewed on workstations that do not have the IMPAX Client software installed. If you cannot select this option, you do not have permission to include the image viewer.

  6. To include reports with the images, select the Include available reports for all studies checkbox.

    If you cannot select this option, you do not have permission to include reports.
