Modifying series display

Modalities such as US, XA, and MR produce studies in which series are sets of consecutive images (whereas with modalities such as CR, DR, and MG, each series in the study consists of only one image). You can display these series various ways, including combining them temporarily, sorting and rearranging the images in them, and setting a preferred display order and arrangement.
