Multi-phasic series are typically created by CT or MR modalities to acquire the same anatomic region (the same slice locations) over time to visualize its functional aspects (for example, perfusion, cardiac cycle, and so on). To split a series that contains multiple phases into several series that each contain one phase, use the Split Multi-Phasic Series tool.
To split multi-phasic CT series
From the Image area context or top toolbar, click Split Multi-Phasic Series.

If using the context toolbar text menu (Ctrl + right-click), select Organization > Split Multi-Phasic Series.
Click an image in the multi-phasic series.
The multi-phasic series is divided into multiple series that each contain one phase.
