US and XA studies may include static and multiframe images. To cine the multiframe images without being “interrupted” by the static images, use a preconfigured image wizard to split static images into a separate series.
To split static images in US and XA studies
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.
In the Customize dialog, switch to the Wizards tab.
If the US split static objects wizard is disabled, select it and click Enable.
With the US split static objects wizard still selected, click Copy.
Select the copy and click Edit.
In the Edit Wizards dialog, in the Name field, change the name to XA split static objects.
From the Modality list, select XA.
Click Save.
To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.
When US or XA studies are brought into the Image area, static images will be split into separate series.
