Solution
The following may explain why you cannot find a particular tool:
The tool could be in the top toolbar or the context toolbar. Check both.
The tool may not have been added to any toolbar for this modality. To add a tool to a toolbar, open the Customize dialog, then drag the tool button from the dialog to one of the toolbars.
You may not have been given permission to use the tool. If you think you should have permission, contact your PACS Administrator.
The tool may not be available under the license you are using.
If you have access to a different license, try using it instead.
