Use the Cine Viewer tool to play back series in Ultrasound, XA, and NM studies, for example, either continuously or frame by frame. You can use a single Cine Viewer to control all displayed series. You can then control individual series with separate Cine Viewer controls. Refer to Playing all displayed series in a cine.
 | Note: The Cine Viewer always plays back the first series in display, regardless if it is the active series or auto-linking is enabled. To play back a different series, drag the series to the first slot of the display. |
To play a series in a cine
From the Image area context or top toolbar, click Cine Viewer.
or
If using the context toolbar text menu (Ctrl + right-click), select Navigation > Cine Viewer.
Cine Viewer may be the default tool, in which case you do not have to activate it. It may also be configured to play automatically. When active, the Cine Viewer toolbar appears.
Click Play.
The Cine Viewer begins at the first image in the series and shows each image in rapid succession, continuously. The number of the image in the series appears beside the Play button.
To stop the Cine Viewer, click Stop.
 | Tip: If the Cine viewer bar is covering part
of the image, you can drag
it to another location. You can also unpin the toolbar by clicking |
in
the top left corner of the Cine viewer bar, causing the bar to disappear when you move
the pointer off it. Moving the pointer back over that area
makes it reappear. Finally, to embed the Cine viewer bar at the bottom of the Image
area so that it is always visible but does not obscure the images, click
on the header.
