Normally the Cine viewer is used to play images in a series continuously, but you can also use it to select particular images to view.
To select a particular frame to view
In the Image area, display the Cine viewer bar.
If the cine is playing, click Stop.
Select a frame using one of the following methods:
Drag the Frame slider to the left or right.
Click Next
or
Previous 
.In the Frame field, type a frame number and press Enter.
The selected frame is displayed.
