When authenticating with a smart card, the impersonation and log in as...features are not available.
You can define workflow behaviors in the User Profile tab of the Customize dialog.
To set workflow defaults
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role or log in as the user.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.
In the Customize dialog, switch to the User Profile tab.
Under Workflow select or clear the following checkboxes to reflect user preferences.
Checkbox When selected Sort Studies Chronologically Relevant priors are sorted oldest to newest. Enable Active Worklist Automatically move to the next newer study for the patient (then the next patient) in the cycle list as soon as dictation is completed on the previous study. Show Oldest Undictated First Oldest undictated studies are opened first. Enable Strict Worklist Automatically identify current and prior studies and hang relevant priors only when appropriate for the current study for dictation. Priors Can Be New Include new studies as priors. Notify Me When Determine if the user is notified when someone is dictating a study based on patient or study. Dictating Same Patient Select for notifications at the patient level. Dictating Same Study Select for notifications at the study level. Click Apply.
To close the dialog, click OK.
