When the Strict Worklist hanging and navigation option is selected, IMPAX automatically identifies current and prior studies and hangs relevant priors only when appropriate for the current study for dictation. This feature is available on initial display and on auto-navigation.
If the Relevance button is enabled, relevant prior studies are added to the cycle list when loading studies from the List area worklist into the Image area. After the initial load, the relevance prior rules are not consulted again and relevance is not reassessed on every dictation.

To view undictated studies separately from relevant priors
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role, or log in as the user.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.
In the Customize dialog, switch to the User Profile tab.
Switch to the Workflow tab
Select the Enable Active Worklist checkbox.
Select the Enable Strict Worklist checkbox.
When Enabled Strict Worklist is enabled, the oldest undictated study is always displayed on the left monitor.
To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.
