When necessary, you can manually store studies to the archive instead of waiting for them to be archived automatically.
To manually store studies to the archive
On the Daily tab, click Study Manager.
Click Refresh Query.
From the results list, select a study that exists only in the local or system cache.
The Location column specifies where the study is stored.
Click Store To Archive.
If you are using more than one archive, from the Archive list, select the archive to store the study to and click OK.
To update the status of the selected study, click Refresh Query.
