The following licenses are available for the IMPAX Client. Many of the licenses also have additional options that you can purchase, such as teaching file features and 3D/MIP/MPR tools.

| Administrator | This license provides access to all features in the IMPAX Client, including the Configure area. |
| Breast Imaging Radiologist | This license incorporates access to all the tools required by radiologists for reviewing and analyzing medical images and provides access to the breast imaging tool Comparative Review. Refer to What is IMPAX for Breast Imaging?. |
| Breast Imaging Radiologists with QC | This license incorporates access to all the tools required by radiologists for reviewing and analyzing medical images (including breast imaging tools) with quality control functionality . Refer to What is IMPAX for Breast Imaging? and What is IMPAX for Quality Control?. |
| Clinician | This license is intended for use by clinicians to access medical images in combination with clinical applications. Refer to What is IMPAX for Clinicians?. |
| Enterprise | This license is intended for use throughout the hospital enterprise to view medical images with less functionality. Refer to What is IMPAX for the Enterprise?. |
| Entry Level Radiologist | This license is similar to the Radiologist license, but limits the modalities from which studies can be viewed. |
| Mammography Technologists/Radiographer | This license incorporates medical imaging (including breast imaging tools) and other evidence document review with quality control functionality. Refer to What is IMPAX for Breast Imaging? and What is IMPAX for Quality Control?. |
| Radiologist | This license provides access to all the tools required by radiologists for reviewing and analyzing medical images. Refer to What is IMPAX for Radiology?. |
| Radiologist with QC | This license incorporates access to all the tools required by radiologists for reviewing and analyzing medical images with quality control functionality . Refer to What is IMPAX for Radiology? and What is IMPAX for Quality Control?. |
| Technologist/Radiographer | This license incorporates medical imaging and other evidence document review with quality control functionality. Refer to What is IMPAX for Quality Control?. |
| Site-based (Enterprise, Clinician, Radiologist, and Training) | A license that provides access to medical images, limiting use based on study volume instead. |
