Troubleshooting: CAD marker tool unavailable

Issue

I cannot select the Display Mammography CAD SR Markers tool.

Details

If no Mammography CAD SR object is available with the study, the Display Mammography CAD SR Markers tool is disabled. Not all images have CAD findings.

The CAD SR feature is also license-controlled and permission-controlled. If you are not using a license in which this feature is supported, or have not been given access to this tool, it will not appear for selection at all.

Solution

Use this tool under the appropriate license when viewing studies that have Mammography CAD SR objects associated with them. If the tool is still unavailable, that particular study does not contain any CAD SR objects.

If permissions are the issue, contact your PACS Administrator.
