Copying an image wizard

When authenticating with a smart card, impersonation is not available.

Image wizards are a saved set of Image area actions. Rather than create a completely new image wizard, you can copy an existing one that is similar to what you need, then modify it to suit your workflow.

To copy an image wizard

  1. If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.

  2. Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.

  3. In the Customize dialog, switch to the Wizards tab.

  4. In the list, select the wizard to copy.

  5. Click Copy.

  6. To make any changes to the copied wizard, such as giving it a new name, select the copied wizard and click Edit.

  7. As required, edit the copied wizard's name, description, or trigger or modify the copied wizard's actions.

  8. If the copied wizard uses Toolbar as the Trigger, switch to the Toolbar tab, switch to the Wizards tab under Toolbar, and add the wizard button to the top toolbar or context toolbar.

    or

Assign it to a keyboard shortcut.

  9. To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.

The copied wizard can now be used.
