Importing an image wizard

When authenticating with a smart card, impersonation is not available.

Image wizards are a saved set of Image area actions. If other users have placed wizards on a network location you have access to, you can import them for your own use.

To import an image wizard

  1. If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.

  2. Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.

  3. In the Customize dialog, switch to the Wizards tab.

  4. Click Import.

  5. In the Open dialog, browse to the network location where the wizard is located. Select it and click Open.

  6. Optionally, in the Customize dialog, you can edit the imported wizard's name, description, or trigger or modify the imported wizard's actions

  7. If the imported wizard uses Toolbar as the trigger, switch to the Toolbar tab, switch to the Wizards tab under Toolbar, and add the wizard to the top toolbar or context toolbar. Or, assign it to a keyboard shortcut.

  8. To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.

You can now use the imported wizard.
