Preparing studies for rounds or conferences

For rounds or conferences where groups of clinicians and radiologists review studies for their patients, you can use the scheduled worklists along with the Snapshot tool to prepare.

To prepare studies for a round or conference

If not already displayed, add the scheduled worklist for the round or conference to your List area.
Click the worklist bar to expand it.
If required, add specific patients to the scheduled worklist.
You can drag studies from other worklists or search results.
For the studies added to the scheduled worklist, if required, take snapshots of the current layout, including screen formats, window leveling, markups, and magnification.
Remove any studies that do not have to be discussed in the round.
If you remove a study from the scheduled worklist, but it appears in a snapshot, the removed study will open in the Image area when the snapshot is opened.
If required, reorder the patients in the worklist.
If you cycle the worklist during the round, this order helps determine the order in which you review patients. However, the oldest snapshot for any patient is displayed first, no matter what the order of the studies in the worklist.
If you reordered the studies, in the worklist bar, click Save.
