Troubleshooting: Round meeting appears on wrong day

Issue

Rounds or conferences are appearing a day earlier than they were scheduled.

Details

Scheduling errors can occur when the IMPAX Application Server and IMPAX Client do not have the same daylight savings settings.

Solution

Ensure that both Client and Application Server have the same daylight savings settings (whether enabled or disabled).

To verify daylight savings settings

  1. Open Control Panel.

  2. Select Date and Time.

  3. Switch to the Time Zone tab.

  4. Ensure that the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes checkbox is set appropriately.

  5. Click OK.
