IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Conducting rounds or conferences
Worklist studies are initially sorted based on the priority grouping rules. Each study is listed on a different row. Studies for one patient may be grouped, with a negative (-) sign in front of the first study. When you click the negative (-) sign, it changes to a positive (+) sign, and the studies are collapsed.

You can reorder patients within a worklist by sorting the columns or by dragging the patient to a new location. You can select a single patient or multiple patients to reorder. Changing the order of the patients in a worklist changes the order they cycle in. For example, if you are preparing for a round or conference, you can reorder the patients so that the patients for the chief clinicians appear first when you cycle the scheduled worklist.
To reorder patients and save a worklist
If contracted, expand the worklist.
In the worklist, select one or more patients.
Use the Ctrl or Shift keys to select multiple patients.
Drag the selected patients to a new location within the worklist.
If reordering a scheduled worklist, to save the ordering, click Save in the worklist bar.
