You can add studies to a scheduled worklist. For example, if you want to review a study from the New CTs worklist during the weekly CT Head round or conference, you can drag it to the scheduled worklist called CT Head Weekly Review.
To add studies to a scheduled worklist
In the List area, drag a study from one worklist or search results onto the bar of scheduled worklist.
Use the Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple studies.
The study is placed in the scheduled worklist.
To add studies to a scheduled from the Image area
From the Image area, right-click and select Add to Worklist.
In the Worklist Library, select the worklist you want to add the study to.
Click OK.
The study is placed in the scheduled worklist.
