Studies for a patient are either displayed with the newest study or the oldest undictated study in the leftmost position. If needed, you can reverse this order. (How many studies are displayed at once depends on the number of monitors available, the selected screen format, and the study view mode used.)
To reverse the order of study display
If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.
Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.
In the Customize dialog, switch to the User Profile tab.
Under Startup Defaults, select the Display Studies Oldest to Newest checkbox.
To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.
Studies next opened or cycled in the Image area will be displayed in the reverse order.
