IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Administering IMPAX > Configuring worklists
Worklist management is ongoing. For example, you may need to adjust the search criteria or change the priority grouping rules of a worklist to improve workflow, or change the schedule for a scheduled worklist. You cannot, however, change the type of worklist through editing; for example, a standard worklist cannot become a scheduled worklist.

To edit worklists
In the List area, click Worklists.
In the Worklist Library, switch the appropriate worklist tab, right-click a worklist and select Edit.
If required, for a scheduled worklist change the Worklist Comment.
If required, on the Search tab, define and perform a different advanced search to set what studies will be displayed in the worklist.

If required, configure and reorder the columns that appear in the worklist.
Note that you can also rename the columns in the worklist, although this renames the columns in all worklists.
If required, switch to the Organization tab and select a location for the worklist in the role hierarchy.

If editing a scheduled worklist, switch to the Schedule tab and edit the days the worklist appears on, or when studies are removed from the worklist. (Refer to Creating scheduled worklists.)
If editing a sign-off worklist, switch to the Physicians tab and select a different physician. (Refer to Creating sign-off worklists.)
If required, switch to the Priority Grouping Rules tab and select, deselect, or change the priority grouping rules.
Click OK.
The worklist settings are updated.
