Depending on the workflow task, you can create different types of worklists:
Standard—Studies populate this worklist automatically based on the criteria you define. These worklists are generally used to assemble studies for dictation, but can also be used for specific workflows such as quality control (assembling unverified studies for fixup, segmentation, confirming diagnostic workflow and so on) or assembling studies for ordering physicians.
Personal—Similar to a scheduled worklist but do not require a schedule. When created by a user, they are visible to only the user who created it. When created by impersonating, or copying a worklist to, a role, the worklist is visible to all users in the role. Personal worklists can be created for users who want to keep lists of active studies, research interesting cases, publications, and so on. They can also be created for on-call workflows.
Scheduled—Contains date attributes and is used to prepare studies for rounds, conferences, and clinics.
Sign-off—Assembles reports to review and sign off, when integrated with an IMPAX RIS.
Proxy sign-off—A type of sign-off worklist. Proxy worklists contain the reports from all the colleagues on whose behalf the selected radiologist can sign off reports.
Cycle List—A predefined worklist that, if you have permission, is available in your Personal worklists tab. The Cycle List worklist opens automatically in the List area when studies are cycled and lists the studies that are cycled in the Image area. The Cycle List worklist is a dynamic worklist; studies are not retained in the worklist like in a personal worklist and it does not persist when the Image area is closed.
