The Administration Tools include an Autopilot Manager that deletes studies from local cache once the cache gets too full. If needed, you can prevent particular studies from being deleted.

To protect studies
Cycle or open the text of the study to protect.
Display the Text area for the study to protect.
If the Study panel is contracted, click the Study bar to expand it.
Select the Protected checkbox.
The study is set as protected. (If you cannot select this checkbox, you may not have been granted permission to do so. If you cannot see this checkbox, customize the Study panel to add it.)
