Saving images in a composite layout as JPEGs

When using IMPAX's Composite Layout Print feature, you have the option of previewing the print before you send the print job. From the Preview dialog, you also have the option of saving the print as a JPEG-format file.

To save images in a composite layout as JPEGs

  1. Open all images to include in the composite layout print.

  2. From the Image area context or top toolbar, click Composite Layout Print. Composite Layout Print

    If using the context toolbar text menu (Ctrl + right-click), select StorageComposite Layout Print.

  3. From the Template list, select a template name as the print layout.

  4. Select or clear the Show Text Headers and Use white background for paper printing checkboxes.

  5. Fill in the template, as described in Printing images using a composite layout.

  6. Click Print Preview.

  7. To change the appearance of the print as displayed, click Close and repeat steps 5 and 6.

  8. To save the images as JPEG-format files, click Save.

  9. In the Save As dialog, select a directory location and type a file name to save the images under. Click Save.

  10. To close the Print Preview window, click Close.
