Basic routing rules send all studies from a particular modality (for example, any images that are CR) to a specific destination. Advanced routing rules let you set routing times and destinations and enable prefetching.
Once you have created one or more advanced routing rules, you can apply them to one or more acquisition stations.
To apply an advanced routing rule
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Other tab.
From the list at the bottom of the screen, select the acquisition station to configure.
From the Routing Preset list, select the rule to apply to the selected acquisition station.
Click Save.
