Prefetching and autofetching for routed studies is enabled in the Routing Manager dialog, accessible through the Source Manager. If the site uses routing rules, you can enable prefetching on each routing rule. The prefetching rules used are set up in the Relevant Prior Manager.
To enable prefetching for routed studies
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Other tab.
Beside the Routing Preset list, click Routing Manager.
In the Manager Dialog, from the list, click New
and
type a name for the preset in the Routing Preset field.or
Select a routing preset to modify.
Select the Prefetch to selected destinations checkbox.
All studies matching the Relevant Prior Rules set are routed to the selected routing destinations.
Click Save.
If the routing rule is new, define routing destinations for it:
Under Routing Destination, click Edit.
In the Select destinations dialog, select target destinations in the Available Destination list and click
to
add them to the Routing Destinations list.Click OK.
