Preventing studies from becoming teaching files

Teaching files are studies in which all patient data has been anonymized. Certain modalities burn patient demographics into the images; these studies cannot be anonymized. To prevent these studies from becoming teaching files, PACS Administrators can use the Administration Tools to define these modalities as banned stations. A study from a banned station cannot be added as a teaching file.
