Troubleshooting: Cannot open a teaching file folder

Issue

When I try to open an teaching file folder, I cannot open it. Or, if I try to right-click on the teaching file folder, I do not get the context menu.

Details

If you cannot open or right-click a teaching file folder, you do not have permission to access the folder.

Solution

Contact your PACS Administrator so that he or she can check the permissions.
