Restricting access to particular studies

You have many options for restricting access to particular studies.

• Define a study-based permission that restricts access to particular studies. For example, you can set a permission for the Radiology role that limits access to any Cardiology studies and vice versa.

• Define an emergency access permission, which allows audited access to a restricted study for emergency situations.

• Prevent studies from becoming teaching files. Studies that have patient information burned into the images cannot be anonymized and therefore cannot become teaching files.
