Enabling image wizards

Image wizards are recorded sets of Image area actions that can be applied automatically or by selecting a tool, keyboard shortcut, or jog shuttle option. A wizard must be enabled before it can be used.

To enable image wizards

  1. If setting preferences for other users, impersonate the user or role.

  2. Press F12 or, from the Image area top toolbar, click Customize.

  3. In the Customize dialog, switch to the Wizards tab.

  4. In the list, select the wizard to enable.

Notice that the Enabled column lists which wizards are currently enabled.

  5. Click Enable.

Enabled is listed in the Enabled column, and the Enable button changes to Disable. The image wizard can now be used.

  6. To enable other wizards, repeat steps 4 and 5.

  7. To save the changes and close the Customize dialog, click OK.

Unless the wizards are applied automatically or are associated with a jog shuttle option, you may now have to add the enabled wizard buttons to the top toolbar or context toolbar or create a keyboard shortcut for them.

Note:

Note:

To disable image wizards, follow the same procedure, but click Disable at step 5.
