Adding search results to the previous search

By default, all results from a previous search are cleared from the results list when you run a new search. But, if you are searching for a patient using variations of his or her name, adding the search results to the previous list is useful.

To add search results to the previous search

  1. To narrow the search, type or select the search options.

  2. Click Search.

  3. Change the search options as required.

  4. In the Search area, select the Add results to last search checkbox.

  5. Click Search again.

    The search results are added to the previous results.
