Advanced Search criteria

When finding studies using Advanced Search, finding teaching files, or creating worklists, you can choose from the following criteria.

Department Visit Number	Contains Does not Contain	Type all or part of the department visit number, which locates studies based on the number of times the patient has visited the department, including the time of the current study.	Studies
Global Patient ID	Is Starts with Ends with	Type all or part of the Global Patient ID. A patient can have multiple patient IDs across different information systems in the enterprise. The Global Patient ID links these multiple IDs by providing an identifier that does not change for the patient and is never used by other patients.	Studies
HIS/RIS Verified	Is Is not	Select one of the following: Failed Verification—Verification was required, but the study failed verification. Never Verified—No verification was required for the study, so none was done. (Studies enter this state if the RIS at the site cannot verify incoming studies.) Study Comments	Contains Does not Contain	Type all or part of the study comments. The search returns results for both the study comments and the words used in the XML tags for the comments; therefore, you may have more results returned than expected. Some of the XML tag words include comment, ID, text, and author. Note: This is case-sensitive for AS3000 servers.	Studies Teaching Files
