Document titles allow you to organize your key images into key image notes. If you do not specify any favorite document titles for key image notes, all titles are displayed by default.
To specify favorite document titles for key image notes
In the Image area, right-click the image.
From the context menu, select Add to Key Images.
Select Edit.
From the Edit Favorite Document Titles dialog, add
or remove 
the document titles.Use the Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple document titles.
Note:
The document titles listed in the Edit Favorite Document Titles dialog, do not correspond to the search items in the Edit Favorite Search Items dialog.
In the Favorite Document Titles list, use the
arrows to move the document title up in the order and the 
arrows to move the document title down in the order.You can also add a line to further organize the document titles. From the Available Document Titles list, select the line and click
. Use the and arrows to position the line.To save and exit the dialog, click OK.
