A summary of the most relevant study information is displayed in the Highlights panel in the top left of the Text area, above the Study List. The information displayed varies based on study state, available system information, and interface configuration.
If not connected to the IMPAX RIS or integrated with a third-party RIS, only information available to the PACS is displayed in the Highlights panel.
To view study highlights
Display the Text area for the study of interest.
In the Text area, if the Study Highlights panel is contracted, click the Study Highlights bar to expand it.
To enlarge the study highlights panel, drag the expandable bar to the right or drag the Study List bar lower.
View the information under the Study Highlights bar.
Displayed information depends on interface configuration, but may include reason for study, patient name, and report status.
To get contact information for a person listed in the study highlights, click Contact.
A dialog with contact information opens. To close it, click OK.
To hide study highlights
Click the expandable bar's arrow.
The bar moves to the left and both the Study Highlights and Study List are hidden.
To redisplay the study highlights, click the expandable bar's arrow.
