Troubleshooting: A renamed or deleted station has reappeared

Issue

A renamed or deleted station has reappeared in the Configure area - Stations section.

Details

If you have the Configure area open for an extended time, other administrators may have made changes to the station list. Therefore, you could be working on an outdated copy of the station list.

If a station that you renamed or deleted has reappeared under the old name, another PACS Administrator has edited the station before refreshing their navigation pane.

Solution

To ensure you are working on an up-to-date copy, refresh the station list.

To refresh the station list

  1. From the Configure drawer menu Configure drawer menu, select Stations.

  2. In the title bar of the navigation pane, right-click and select Refresh.

    The station list is refreshed.

  3. Decide whether the station must be renamed or deleted again.
