Solution
To support color printing at the site, ensure that:
A color printer is available and configured for use with IMPAX.
The printer has the Accepts Color Images checkbox selected.
Also, if printing a mix of color and grayscale images, do not select the Send all Images to grayscale printer option. Select either Send color and grayscale print jobs to different printers or Send all Images to color printer.
