When authenticating with a smart card, this feature is not available.
![]() | Note: In most cases, new users cannot immediately change their passwords. Password policy is normally enforced using Windows security, which requires a waiting period—often two days—before passwords can be changed. |
For security reasons, you should change your password on a regular basis. If you log into the IMPAX Client using the IMPAX login screen, use the following method to change your password.
To change your password
From the List or Configure area bar, click the User ID menu. ![]()
Select Change Password.
In the Change Password dialog, type the Old password.
Type the New password.
In the Confirm field, type the new password again.

Click OK.
The next time you log in, use the new password.
