IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Logging in and out
In some cases (such as single sign-on), logging into Windows logs you into IMPAX as well. Otherwise, you must start IMPAX and login before you can begin working.
To log into IMPAX
If the login screen is not displayed, on the desktop, double-click the IMPAX Client shortcut.

Select Start > All Programs > Agfa IMPAX > IMPAX Client.
Select a different cluster or domain.
If the Application Server and Domain fields are not visible, click Options.

Type or select the Application Server the Client will connect to.
Type or select the domain to authenticate against.
In the IMPAX login screen, type your User ID and Password.
The password is case-sensitive. If you have Caps Lock enabled on your keyboard, a warning message appears when you click in the Password field.
Click Login.
The splash screen provides indication of progress and when the List area is displayed and you can begin working. If your password is about to expire, you are prompted to change the password immediately. If you have a generic password for your first login, we recommend changing it.
