Troubleshooting: Cannot log in due to invalid user name or password

Issue

When I try to log into IMPAX, I receive a Login failed for user username message.

Details

This problem could be due to user error or a technical problem.

Solution

  1. Try again. You may have typed your user ID or password incorrectly the first time.

  2. Check to ensure that the Caps Lock is not on. If it is, turn it off, then try to log in again.

  3. If you are certain you are typing in your user ID and password correctly, contact your PACS Administrator. There may be a technical problem.

To troubleshoot a technical problem, refer to the Client log files. You can also check the Login web service log files on the Application Server.
