Use the Clean Up tool to clean up extra entries in the station tables caused by excessive autopopulation. With the Clean Up tool, you can merge multiple stations into one station.

Merging stations does the following:
Removes old entries in the database
Removes extra entries in the database caused by excessive autopopulation of stations and departments
Assigns studies from the old station to the new station
To clean up a station database by merging data
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Clean Up tab.
From the list at the bottom of the manager, select the station to merge data into.
Under Selected station, click Add.
From the list at the bottom of the manager, select the stations to merge into the station you selected in step 3.
To select more than one station, hold down the Ctrl or Shift keys while selecting the stations.
Click Add.
Click Merge.
To confirm the merge, click Yes.
