You may want your display and print layouts to contain the same information. To avoid entering the same information twice, create the layout for one version, then copy it to the other.
To copy between display and print versions of demographic layouts
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Other tab.
Click Demographic Layout Manager.
In the Manager Dialog, create a display or print demographic layout.
To save the display layout as a print layout, click Overwrite Display data with Print Data.
To save a print layout as a display layout, click Overwrite Print data with Display Data.
At the confirmation prompt, click Yes.
