Although Autopilot deletes files automatically from the cache, you may have to clear additional space if you are anticipating the arrival of a particularly large set of images.
 | CAUTION! Use extreme caution when deleting a study. You cannot recover a deleted study. If your system is not configured to automatically archive studies to media, the image in the local cache may be the only copy. |
To delete a study from the local cache
On the Daily tab, click Study Manager.
Find the studies to delete. In doing so, from the Location list, select Cached.
From the results list, select the study to delete.
To see whether you are deleting the only copy of the study, check whether the Location column specifies another location.
Click Delete from Cache.
Confirm that you want to delete the selected study from cache.
