If the HIS is not available, studies coming from a modality cannot be verified. In this instance, you can set a notification to indicate that the study has not gone through verification. After the HIS is available, you can verify the study.
To mark a study as non-verified
On the Daily tab, click Study Manager.
Click Toggle Study Fixing Window.
The Fixup panel appears in the bottom half of the screen.
From the results list, select a study to fix later.
In the Fixup panel, click Non-Verify Fixup.
The study is marked to be verified when the HIS is available.
To hide the Fixup panel again, click Toggle Study Fixing Window.
