After creating one user with a specific set of preferences, you can copy that user as a template for new users. The user information is not copied, but the user preferences are. For example, if you have defined specific toolbars for a user, those preferences are copied.

To copy a user
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Users and Roles.
In the navigation pane, right-click the user to copy and select Copy User.
The user is copied into the same role and called userName Copy#. You can then change the name and contact information for the copied user. The copied user must also run the Audio Wizard when first logging into IMPAX.
